Happy Independence Day! I'm posting a day early since I'll be working tomorrow night. I haven't heard from Jared if he plans on taking Garrison to see fireworks, but I'm not sure that would be such a good idea anyway. Babies and loud fireworks don't always go well together. Besides, nothing is going to be worth seeing since we didn't get tickets to Hanna Montana and the stadium of fire.
I personally am going to boycott the whole holiday.
In the meantime, Garrison continues his quest towards forward motion. Here's a pic of him trying to crawl in the pool.

For all you people out there ready to warn me about him being able to get into everything, no need to warn, he already does. You don't need forward motion to reach the power cords behind the TV apparently. Personally, I am surprised that anyone of us makes it past this age alive. If there is anything that he can pull down, anything that will fit in his mouth, or anything that will wrap around him to squeeze the life out of him, he is all over it.
And speaking of old age, I guess I was a little complacent after the hairdresser said she didn't see any, but as I put my hair in a ponytail yesterday, I noticed many white hairs. Where are my sisters when I need them? Abby can spot a white hair from a mile away and I never had to worry about anyone else seeing them after she got done with my hair. At any rate, here's a pic of the offending hairs

just in case you happen to notice any of your own. And just so you know, if you need someone to pull hairs for you, I won't lie and say you don't have any.
